This old olive mill amidst a peaceful grove has been beautifully transformed into an elegantly comfortable BnB, with spa, charming grounds, swimming pool. an incredibly romantic getaway! Gianluca was very helpful in assisting me at my arrival. The owners were very welcoming and gracious. I will definitely return!

absolutely beautiful- the rooms were spacious and beautifully appointed. we were given wonderful restaurant recommendations in once sant’amgelo and manfedonia. breakfast outside on the terrace was lovely. all around a beautiful, quiet and non touristy location.

This is hospitality at its best. A fantastic old castle renovated with heart and charm. Beautiful breakfast, fresh straberries, cakes and salty regional cold cuts. The dinner was a fest eacht evening with fresh fish and pasta and nice regional wines. A great experience.

Everything was perfect! The hotel staff were simply the best! The villa itself was beautiful and the gardens added to the effect. We spoke little to no Italian, yet communication was not a problem. The breakfasts has local and homemade food and the dinners were cooked for you personally, with fresh and local ingredients. Authentic accommodation that is conveniently located for exploring both the coast and hills. Especially the pool area was great: well designed, lovely surrounding garden and view and very comfortable. Also thought the historical details in the room were a nice touch and enjoyed the self service breakfast with a wide choice variety
