LA BADESSA - Newly renovated apartment located on the third floor without lift, a stone's throw from Piazza Santa Croce in a strategic position to get around the entire center of Florence on foot The apartment is a two-room apartment with a large living room with sofa bed and kitchenette, a bathroom with shower cabin and a bedroom with a double bed. The La Badessa apartment is located in the famous Santa Croce area, a few steps from the Basilica of the same name and the much visited Uffizi Gallery. The majestic Cathedral of Florence can be reached in about 7 minutes on foot. This apartment has no view and no terrace. The apartment is located in ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone) For last minute bookings for the same day, waiting times for check-in may increase up to an hour based on arrival time and internal organization. For stays longer than 30 days, the price does not include: 1) Utilities with the payment according to the consumption to be paid at check out. 2) Registration tax: ( 2% of the total amount ). 3)Contract registration fee: 50 EUR. 4) Cost of a temporary tax code (only for foreign customers): 30 EUR. 5) Cadastral survey 80 EUR.
