La struttura sorge al primo piano di un villino circondato da un giardinetto nel centro di Presicce. La stanza in cui ho soggiornato, la rossa, è stata molto comoda, con balconcino e bagno completo di dimensioni più che adeguate e atti a garantire un soggiorno confortevole. La colazione viene servita nella sala comune, dolce (ma non ho chiesto alternative quindi non so se disponibile il salato o meno) a base di cornetti caldi molto buoni. Menzione speciale agli host, gentilissimi e di massima disponibilità. Da tornarci senza ombra di dubbio!

ERMINIA B & B is a newly built and furnished. His family will make you feel at home without making you miss any comfort: Wifi, clotheshorse, safe, phone, mini bar, soaps and toiletries in the bathroom, free bikes and free drinks 24 hours a day. Courtesy, cleaning and Breakfast are the strength of the B & B ERMINIA.
During your stay you can always count on me and my info on Salento, I'll be your tour operator Salentino. I recommend: restaurants, beaches, sightseeing, excursions, rentals and info on what to visit.
The B & B ERMINIA is located a few km from the most beautiful beaches of Salento, we find ourselves in the area of the Maldives of Salento 5 minutes away, stretches of golden sand and clear sea. The B & B is in a strategic location, only 300 meters from the main road to Santa Maria di Leuca 13 km, 30 km Gallipoli
