The rarity of Baia delle Mimose, in the municipality of Badesi, is to be a residential complex directly on the beach. Built in the 70s by a group of Belgian nature lovers, over the years it has developed and modernized while maintaining the initial spirit of peace and tranquility. The pearl of this place is the long beach that from the dominant castle of Castelsardo extends for kilometers to Isola Rossa, so named for its pink rock. Private apartment inside the Baia delle Mimose complex. The air-conditioned 30sqm apartment is ideal for couples or families with a small child. It has a modest living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, double bedroom and bathroom with shower and washing machine. The outdoor area equipped with a dining table and a relaxation area allows you to enjoy pleasant days outdoors. The Baia delle Mimose complex has a bar, a restaurant and a seasonal open space (June / mid September). in Badesi, 5 km away, you can find supemarketsi, bars, banks, pharmacies all year round.
Ideal for lovers of tranquility and vacation in contact with nature. A wide white beach stretches for kilometers, crossed by the mouth of the river Coghinas, one of the most important in Sardinia. The mouth of the river Coghinas is easily reachable through a naturalistic route directly from the Baia Delle Mimose complex. For those looking for entertainment, sporting activities, swimming pool and / or miniclub can apply on site to the nearby Hotel whose access to payment and at the discretion of the management, is managed directly by the hotel in the summer months. The dunes, of fine sand, are covered with junipers and on the horizon you can see the island of Asinara in the distance. Thanks to its exposure to the mistral wind, this coastline is the ideal destination, all year round, for sailing surfers. Furthermore, the coast of Badesi has recently been declared a "site of community interest" due to the richness of the flora and the peculiarities of the fauna.
Strategic position to discover the entire north of the island: Castelsardo with its Fort, Costa Paradiso with its cliffs, Santa Teresa di Gallura from which there are connections to Maddalena, Caprera and Corsica; the Costa Smeralda meta vip, the Valle della Luna, the location of numerous western movies. Easily accessible: 70 km from Alghero, 50 km from Porto Torres and 80 km from Olbia.
