Company info

We are three friends who decideded to work together for the many common points we have. We love the hospitality, so that relationships. We are creative and we like to recycle old objects to turn them into special objects. We love to travel and every year we give ourselves at least a short trip with friends ;-) Our favorite word is "UNUSUAL", maybe because we like the uniqueness ;-) but the thing we like the most, is to do all of this having fun !!! Romantic apartment in the center a few minutes from Duomo, near the recently renewed Central Market. Perfect for those who want to experience the atmosphere of the city, complete with kitchen with coffered wood ceiling. It can accommodate up to 3 people. Large double bed in the loft and comfortable sofa bed in the living room. Super-equipped kitchen all the amenities, available for guests to cook with convenience or to prepare excellent breakfasts. Kitchen with oven with various features. Dishwasher, fridge, kettle and toaster. Bathroom with shower and accessories such as hair dryer and shower gel / shampoo. TV and a small library where you can find some books for your readings. Free wifi.

Neighborhood info

Residential neighborhood with restaurants and shops. Even at night the area is very quiet. At 200 meters the historical central market of San Lorenzo recently renewed, where you can find stalls selling fruit, meat and more. Upstairs you can taste Tuscan specialties and more. Just at 100 meters -in Via dei Ginori- one of the best ice cream shops in Florence "Leonardo", while right in front of the apartment a large bakery selling several pizzas and a "Vinaino", where you can taste different kinds of cold cut and cheese. In 5 minutes walking you can arrive at the Academy of Fine Arts where you can admire Michelangelo's David ... the original one! The Cathedral, San Lorenzo, Ponte Vecchio and much more at 5 minutes walking in a completely pedestrian area.
