Unsere Wohnung im 1.OG war sauber mit sehr viel Staurraum, großer Balkon mit seitlichem Seeblick und tollem Fernblick. Betten waren sehr gut, Küche mit Gasherd und großem Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach ausgestattet. Geschirr für 2 Personen ausreichend vorhanden für 4 Personen geht garade so, aber bei den sehr freundlichen Besitzern bestimmt kein Problem wenn etwas benötigt wird. Kaffeemaschine und Minibackofen vorhanden (beides müsste aber mal erneuert werden). Das Bad ist ausreichend groß, war sauber, guter Wasserdruck, dieser ist auch immer vorhanden, Der Brauseschlauch und Wandhaken könnte mal erneuert werden. Der vorhandene Pool war sauber und mit Liegen ausgestattet und regelmäßiger Reinigung. Die vom Vermieter geführte Pizzeria hat sehr gutes Essen, kurze Wege zum fairen Preis. Zu Fuss in die kleine Altstadt nach Solarolo oder Montinelle kein Problem, selbst eine Wanderung zum Rocca de Manerba ist mühelos zu Fuss möglic.h.
