The room was very pleasing: very clean, equipped kitchen, large bedroom, nice furnishings.
It was a Pleasant walk to the center of Town where there was a supermarket and bar. Also very convenient and cheap taking the bus to the airport; taxi would have been 20Euro.
Very helpful proprietor (he drove me to the airport!)

The hotel is about a 10 minute walk from the train station. It is within a reasonable walking distance to restaurants, as well as the main sights of Bologna. The furnishings and decor in the hotel were grander than what I expected. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Great coffee shop across the street.

We used this place as a starting point to visit: - the historic centre of Bologna (20 min. by a car) - Ferrari Museum in Maranello (50 min.) - Lamborghini factory and museum in Santa Agatha (20 min.) Airport: For some, it may be important that this place is near the airport of Bologna. Restaurant: From the accommodation we got a tip about the restaurant Ristorante Pizzeria "Itaca" in Calderara di Reno - excellent 👍 (10min. by a car) Visit Bologna: Bologna is a very busy town with narrow streets. I strongly do not recommend going into the historic centre by a car. Use the underground garages on the outskirts of the historic centre - e.g. on Via Riva di Reno and then walk

As the airport is close to hotel, transfer service could be provided. Noise isolation is totally poor. Other guests are constantly migrating (at night too, obviously), so it is not quiet for having some rest. Hotel hosts should allocate rooms more rationally. We have booked and paid for breakfast, unfortunately we did not get it at the check out morning, because we had to leave before 7am. (Receptionist said, that it is too early regarding to their rules). Even though the restaurant was already open! It could have taken several minutes to make a sandwitch or a bun with a cup of tea or coffee!

It is clean but do no t trust it when they call a cab for you. Make sure it is a proper taxi. The ride to the airport was about 5 minutes and the man charged me 15 euros. That was wrong. Make sure you do not accept a vehicle without the taxi logo. The front desk staff was not welcomingAAnonymousItaly

The proprietors’ dog also adds considerably to the pleasure of one’s stay. Altogether a delightful experience and highly recommended.
