We found ourselves at this hotel last minute due to an unexpected issue with our Airbnb, and we were pleasantly surprised by our experience. Although it’s situated slightly outside of the city, the drive through the picturesque countryside is truly beautiful. The hotel’s pool and views are exceptional, and the interior decoration is top-notch. A major highlight for us were the summer activities available for both children and adults. I particularly have fond memories of the 11am pool music party! Moreover, the staff were nothing short of amazing. We faced a situation with a lost item, and they went above and beyond to ensure its safe return to us, even over an extended period of time. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for making our stay memorable.

I loved every little moment of our stay. We drive a hard long way through Sicily and were a little nervous if it was worth to go here from Cefalu. And it absolytely was worth it! We arrived between the lunch and dinner, were hungry and we had great wine with perfectly served snacks. The room was great, lots of ligth, high ceiling, the interiors and all territory and exterior were perfectly organized and looked amazing. Big garden, lots of trees- pepper, almonds, fig trees etc. The view to the valley was amazing, calm atmosphere and very friendly staff. The pool is perfect, deep enough to dive in, and not crowded. The dinned we had twice. There is no menu in the restaurant, every dinner they serve something different, and in copious quantities (for example, wonderful pasta of 2 types, two types of meat, vegetables, etc. Every dinner I was sorry that I wouldn’t be able to eat everything that was served, because there was really a lot of everything and it was very, very tasty.

Colle San Mauro is a hidden gem! Super new property only finished 3 years ago. You can see the horses and other animals the lake and the main facilities are very elegant and well managed. Lots of care goes into this property. The wine and food were very good. We also had dinner here.

Magic Sicilian properties. Walking around the estate is fantastic. The enologist family is so kindly for any information and recommend the right wine for any situation. If you search Quiet, nature, pool and nothing else it’s the right way for your stay. Comfortable spa and massage service. Positive facilities like Parking, lunch, dinner and coffee early in the morning. Clean servisse room every day. Special thanks to the daughter’s owners for the wine recommendation. He offer us a bottle wine for his pleasure. Chapeau!

Bellissima struttura a pochi minuti da Caltagirone. Purtroppo all'arrivo alle ore 17 abbiamo aspettato oltre un ora per avere le chiavi della camera, che non era stata ancora rassettata (il check in era previsto alle ore 15). Ci siamo consolati al caldo di uno splendido camino ubicato nella sala comune, ben arredata e spaziosa, nella quale è stato servito un graditissimo thè con biscotti. La struttura è inoltre dotata di una bella ludoteca dedicata ai più piccoli. Ottima la cena, anche se le porzioni del menù bambini erano davvero risicate. Purtroppo, il servizio in sala era molto lento perché coi tavoli tutti occupati c'erano solo due operatori di cui uno alle prime armi. La struttura è certamente da riprovare nel periodo estivo per poter provare la piscina e l'area BBQ. Tornerò sicuramente a Colle San Mauro
