Πολύ ήσυχο μέρος για διαμονή και καθαρό.. Μακρυά από το κέντρο της πόλης, εύκολα προσβάσιμη η πόλη με στάση λεωφορείου έξω από το σπίτι.. Στα θετικά της περιοχής ότι έχει πολύ κοντά ένα εξαιρετικό καφέ που κάθεται μέχρι αργά σε πολύ προσιτές τιμές.. Στα + η τιμή σε σχέση με όλα τα άλλα, αλλά μην ξεχνάτε ότι δεν είστε στο κέντρο..

Panoramic and bright private apartment, great view of Tivoli and the Lucretili Mountains, ideal to discover Rome and its surroundings. Short term lease (not exceeding 30 days) of a DOUBLE ROOM (including private uncovered PARKING, accessible via automatic barrier, with remote control) furnished with double sofa bed (French style), wardrobe, bookcase, desk, laser printer (use not allowed) and Smart TV 40 ”. Next to the room, PRIVATE BATHROOM with whirlpool tub. The apartment is in a recently built three storey curtain building - 3rd floor with elevator - lounge and air conditioned rooms - independent heating - 24 hour Wi-Fi Internet - video intercom. Guests can use some of the common areas of the apartment (living room and loggia), except the kitchen, for the exclusive use of owner.
My name is Stefania and I am the owner. I live in the apartment, I am a housewife and I provide daily cleaning of all the rooms. Solar and friendly, I love reading and cinema. I like to interact with my guests, but I can also be very discreet in respect of privacy. Unfortunately, besides Italian, I don't know other languages, but I have an application on my mobile (a translator) that will allow me to relate to any foreign guests. Happy to welcome you and all the suggestions to enjoy the Eternal City and its surroundings!
The apartment is located in the area of ​​TIBURTINA Parco Casalbianco-Settecamini, very close to Mediaset and Technology Park, 3.5 km from the G.R.A. (exit 13 towards Tivoli) and 5 minutes from the A1 motorway exit Guidonia-Montecelio, in a quiet residential neighborhood. There are 1 laundry, 1 hairdresser, 1 restaurant / pizzeria, 1 Neapolitan pizzeria and 2 bars. LIDL supermarket and pharmacy nearby. In the Tecnopolo you will find, in addition to the park, cycle paths for your leisure time. Bus stop 041 adjacent, connection in 25 minutes to metro line B Rebibbia. To reach the city of Tivoli there is a direct line from Rome, departing from the metro station, line B / blue, Ponte Mammolo. The service is performed by the Cotral company. Buses run from the Ponte Mammolo subway station to Tivoli run approximately every 10 minutes and last about 50 minutes. Tickets can be purchased at the Ponte Mammolo underground station and from authorized Cotral dealers that include bars, newsstands and tobacconists.
