If you're looking to stay in Hampi, Vikky is the place to be. The location is excellent. You can sit on the shared balcony, overlooking the little shopping street below. Or, head to the roof to see Virupaksha Temple in all its glory. The rooms are functional, clean, and comfortable. What really makes the stay is Krisha and his family. They truly took care of us. If you need or want something, just ask. Amazing people. Stay here when you come to Hampi, end of story.

I travelled to Hampi with my cousin and friends. Since we were to spend most part of our time outdoors and needed a place just to chill, crash for the night and freshen up the following morning, we were looking for a pair of reasonably clean rooms with basic amenities and Vicky's Home Stay was the perfect place to reside at. The vibe was groovy and we were in the heart of the historic abode within minutes from the Virupaksha temple, marketplace, eateries, the majestic hills and the magnificent Tungabhadra river. Our host and members of his family were extremely hospitable and sweet. They helped us plan our sightseeing and even arranged for a rickshaw to ferry us around Hampi, covering all the important places that made our travel highly fulfilling and meaningful.

the best location possible, right next to Virupaksha tempel and all other sightseeing is easily accessible with bicycle. Good mix between privacy and mingling with other residents. Room was clean, bed was comfy and shower included hot water as well (not that you need it). Last but not least Krishnabhai and his father are amazing. Best hospitality you can ask for.

The owner is very friendly, kind and helpful. The place is very central so you can walk see many monuments and temple nearby. There is a nice view of the temple even form this guesthouse and sunset point is nearby .. it's in the middle of the bazar and near food places . I highly recommend this place. Clean and you have your own private shower in the room . Thanks For the nice stay and for everything. Will def come back again. You can also have yoga sessions upon request

The view from the rooftop, the serene bazaar and surroundings. It was very near to the temple and ghat, everyone was really nice and helpful.

Location is excellent and so is the view from the terrace. Great hospitality! Owner (Vicky) and his father are very friendly and helpful. We reached a bit earlier than our check-in time, so he arranged a room for us to stay for a while till our rooms get ready. We also had to leave next evening after our check-out time, that was also taken care of by him with no extra charges. He also arranged autorickshaw for us to travel around, and drivers(Viru and Hemanth) explained us all about the locations we visited in our 2 days visit, no need to get a guide (unless you need every minute detail from history).
