We booked a top tier room with AC, private bathroom, private balcony and extra space! Everything was beautifully decorated and extremely clean! The room was so comfortable and spacious for two people and could have easily fit 4 people comfortably. Everything was spotless and the family running the property was lovely to talk to! The location was super close to the entrance of the fort and many restaurants! We loved everything about our stay here!

Pretty much an honest review as this property is perfectly located, being close to major tourist attractions and within walking distance. It's a heritage style property run by a lovely family who would treat you like a family and make you feel at home being away from home. The room was spacious, cozy and the washroom was spotlessly clean. This place has all positive vibes here and Tampy bhai would put in all efforts to serve you with the best. He's generously good host and a true professional. They also have a beautiful rooftop set-up with amazing views and the food served is pretty delicious and quality and quantity is both ensured. Mine was a very pleasant and joyous stay and I would strongly and highly recommend this place

Bundi is definitively a place to visit if you are seeking some calmer moments off the touristy track! In the Shivam guesthouse you find a calm and very clean place to relax with a nice rooftop terrace! The owner is very friendly and helpful! Thank you for the great time!

A pleasant evening view of mountains from the rooftop and walking distance to Nawal sagar lake make the location excellent. The staff was very nice to me and helped me in providing useful information and services when I needed. The room was quite, clean and comfortable.
