Swimming pool is most disappointed part of the stay. Water is changed ones in month and the water is not treated every day it’s like big water tub filled once and doesn’t change the water in months.
Bathrooms doesn’t have hot water and water pressure is so low that you can not do anything.

It is not very easy to get around by yourself, since the property is located in the forest area. However, if you want a relaxed and peaceful break, this is a lovely resort. The food was excellent and the staff were outstanding.

The price was too high for rooms and foods after took over by country inn when compared to time when it was getting run by regenta tarikha ealier.
Plus. They gave me upgrade as hotel not fully booked. The kisi river is near by.
Negative. Prices of room and food are too high when you compare it with the standard you expect it from country inn. You can get cheaper prices with similar and better facilities in same locations in more than 10 resorts.
Property is small with country inn standard. Water in bathroom was not hot after running for half an hour.

We accidentally spotted tigers from the Garjiya gate.
We accidentally spotted tigers from the Garjiya gate. But the best place to spot is the Dhikana gate forest area. There are resorts inside one can stay to make it a complete experience. I would recommend to book in advance the safari from Dhikana forest.

reaching Garija from Delhi is bit difficult as google maps tend to mislead you to shorter routes leading into chaos . roads are very poor other then few highway stretch. routes into Meerut , lead u into country side routes which is not recommended, use bypass roads to avoid city traffic
Nothing went well in this property. Firstly we were overcharged by almost 50%. The rooms are in a very bad condition. Bed linen were dirty. It took the hotel 2 hours to finally put the room in order. The breakfast was not good at all. Room service was non existent, it took them 1 hour to 2 hours to send a bottle of water to us. All in all don't stay at this property.
Ive been overcharged by three times for this booking and the hotel is not helping ag all. Sayu g it's booking.com issue.
Booking.com is making a drama about it saying the credit card charge is not indicating which currency was used. How. Come that. Was not important when they debited the card. Terrible.
The staff was extremely helpful and courteous (special shout-out to Anamika who went out of her way with her hospitality). The hotel arranged a complimentary personal bonfire for us, which was a treat in winter times. The quality of food was fairly good. The property was very clean and well-maintained.
We are vegetarians Brahman and there supplied chicken.
Clearing issues in the restaurant and focus is not to give pleasure to customers.
Entry road is very narrow is not as per brand of county inns hotels
Staff is also not educated.
Nice palace, nice location, specially food was very delicious and staff was cooperative.
Garjia temple very near from shelton blu resort and i saw tiger very near from my side in safari. Really it was horrible for me.
They have a very nice location next to Kosi river. The bartender Surendra Rawat made our stay delighted. He was that person who was really one of the best hotelier I met after a long time.
The location of the hotel is very comfortable to drive to and centrally located to various restaurants and cafes. The private parking inside the hotel is also a plus point
