I love how friendly the staffs are, not pricy compared to other hotels in Killarney, they even upgraded our room so we can be comfortable in out stay and they helped us find a restaurant to eat when we arrived there really late and even called a cab for us.

The hotel was absolutely amazing. We had a heritage room and this was beautiful .We went there as a mini honeymoon and the facilities were lovely. The swimming pool was fab. The views were amazing, The staff were so helpful.

LOVED the close proximity to Muckross Abbey and the House and Gardens and Torc Waterfall. All the staff were super lovely and the Vitality Spa was amazing! The room and bathroom were super comfortable and spacious. Well worth every penny! Gene and the other staff at the Concierge Desk were so helpful. 11/10. Will be back! ❤️
We were staying on this property for a wedding in the Europe hotel and it was only a three minute drive! The house was stunning and super clean. We couldn’t recommend this house enough. Hosts were very accommodating and helpful. No problems whatsoever! If you’re planning a night in Killarney maybe book a taxi in advance.
