This place is a little gem! From the beautifully decorated room, fabulous four poster bed which i kid you not was how I imagine it would be to sleep on a cloud! To the wonderful self service breakfast area within the room which made great use of the space but wait there is more...warm croissants being discreetly hung on the door in the morning made this the best place we have stayed in a very long time
From the fantastic communication to the cute doggy welcome, we will return for more of this scrumptious comfort

Youghal is located at a river estuary.
Youghal is located at a river estuary. It has a history - we stayed at the Sir Walter Raleigh hotel - and a number of historic buildings in town and on the water front. We stayed overnight. I had a long, interesting, exploratory trip along the boardwalk along a wide, blue flag beach. It’s a destination for family holidays, it’s well worth a stop on a trip along the south coast of Ireland.TimCanada - 10Scored 10

I love Youghal.
I love Youghal. I have been visiting and sometimes staying there for years. For a seaside resort I find it very peaceful. Plenty of places to eat and everyone has been very friendly. Clancy's is probably my most favourite bat/restaurant. Good value for money.Kellythorn - 10Scored 10

Youghal was a lovely town with lots of independent shops, cafes and pubs. Signs indicate that a parking disk is required but the Tourist Board told us when we were there that parking was free everywhere. Would be sensible to check if this is still the case.JenniferUnited Kingdom - 10Scored 10

Youghal is a lovely friendly seaside town. The newly extended boardwalk makes for a scenic walk. There is a long beach with some great views all year long. Had breakfast in a little cafe named 'Sage'. Had a full Irish breakfast for €10. I could not recommend this cafe more.Bryan - 8.0Scored 8.0

Beautiful food so well prepared and presented. It set us up for the day. John and Mary were lovely hosts and were very welcoming and friendly. Bed was so comfy and the room very spacious.
