With amazing weather and multiple picturesque locations in and around, Bedugul is a must visit for people looking to explore the REAL Bali.
I have been to Bali twice and find Kuta/Seminyak/Nusa Dua and the other most frequented places to be too touristy and commercial. You will enjoy every bit of the humble hospitality that the Balinese have to offer when you explore the unexplored!
The locals treat you like royalty and are the most polite of indigenous population I have come across throughout my little travel across the world

bedugul has limited offerings. good passing thru spot. the temple is disappointing and the market has quite a lot of possible purchases but the shop owners are very pushy.
the botanical gardens and the lovely garden centre lined street leading up are worth a wander.

Bedugul is great for a day time trip to see the temple and lakes, for a few hours. Some nice warungs with cheap and tasty food. Wouldn’t recommend staying overnight in bedugul though, especially if you don’t have a motorbike/car yourself.

* Staff are very kind and welcoming.
* Pathway from the lobby to the lake is beautifully decorated with flower plants. Good for taking photos.
* Room is clean and we can find that the hotel is providing good amenities (welcome fruit, welcome snack, bathroom amenities is good).
* Smart TV in the room with an adjustable wall bracket.
* Hot shower in the bathroom is at good temperature and strong pressure.
* We also like the bonfire and BBQ dinner in front of our cabin. This is a fantastic experience.
The surrounding of this hotel is truly breathtaking. If you're seeking a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of city life, this is the perfect place for you. The furniture in the rooms may be a bit dated, but it's still functional and comfortable. The beds are cozy, and the air conditioning works well. The hotel boasts a large territory with lush greenery, providing guests with fresh air and a gorgeous place to unwind. If you're looking for a serene escape, this hotel offers just that.
Everything was awesome, friendly staff, clean and cozy rooms, good food at the restaurant. As location is very close to many points of interest in Bedugul like Handara Gate, Ulun Danu Beratan Temple, Selfie points, waterfalls they can help with renting a scooter at a fair price, with pickup and delivery at the location.
We also met Chris, the manager, an awesome person which helped us with the transfers to and from the location and with the scooter rental.
The view is beautiful, and even more magical when the clouds clear out, we can see all the way to the ocean. the room is large and very confortable , the shower is huuuge! breakfast is absolutely delicious, the best we have had in Bali. the waterfalls near by are absolutely magical and worth all the steps ;) the fresh air of the top of the mountain feels good
i like the environment/surrounding is so quiet, you can see so many stars in the night.
there is a walkable path just outside of this villa can walk around the lake
the staff and management are very friendly and super helpful
the food in their restaurant is the bomb, so good, i love their soto ayam so much
shower water is hot but a bit low water pressure
The views, the “adventures” feeling, in the forests’ and mountain feeling, the most friendly host Agus, Putu and the staffs;
The delicious foods, the large eggs, the coffee, the SPECIAL VEGGIES, the free FRUITS gifts, the Special Order “Chicken feet” are very delicious.
The location is close to Bedugul Botanical Garden and Beratan Lake.
This hotel is the special attraction without which your trip will lose a lot. It is fabulously beautiful here, every corner is decorated with great taste and love, and the view from the rooms is simply unsurpassed. Very kind and friendly people work in the hotel. It's amazing that all this beauty Mr. Nyoman created himself.
The breakfast was great, both that delivered to our room and the one served on the rooftop. The location was wonderful too. Easy to walk to the temple, lake and restaurants. The hotel also arranged a driver to take us to play golf at Handarra and also to visit the botanical gardens. We would definitely stay here again.
My friend and I spent 5 nights at Eco Camp and it was just fabulous! Our hosts helped us for anything we needed: taxis, motorcycle, dinner, etc... They were very friendly and kind! The breakfast was always delicious and very generous!! 🙃
Thank you so much for making our first days in Bali so great 😃
It’s small but very cozy and clean. I was surprised that they even have a TV cable with some options (YouTube, etc.). The staff was very helpful and accommodating. They guided us so we can find the place easily. They also had space for car parking. We have found our favorite accomodation in Bedugul!
The whole stay was amazing. The Hotel is situated right by the main street so it's easy to find and route to all waterfalls is easy to reach from it. The stay at this place was very peaceful and delightful, and has very unique climat. Food is very delicious and there's a big menu variety.
This is my favorite hotel since 2017. And I am very glad that it has reopened after pandemic time! The rooms are very cozy and clean, stunning view from the balcony to the mountains, jungles and rice fields. The pool area is very beautiful and well maintained. Definitely I'll come back!
What I do like:
1. The quietness of the area
2. The amazing lake view & hills in front of the villa
3. The cleanliness of the house
4. Simple house but equip with everything we need such as kitchen, hot water, etc2
5. The perfect weather, the purify water of bedugul
Amazing private room surrounding the forest with a view on the valley. Very good food for breakfast and dinner, nice staff always happy to help. The swimming pool is a bit fresh but super nice too. Highly recommend this hotel close to Munduk and many waterfalls!
stuff is very nice. cleaning room everyday very well.
nature around the hotel is beautiful. very calm place. good for family or for old people. for younger customers a bit boring.
