The staff are extremely accommodating and helpful. They try very hard to give you a top knotch experience. The dive masters, cooks, and reception check in with you multiple times a day to ensure you have everything you need. The dive spots were great and the care was fabulous. Their resort is tucked away on quiet Bunaken island.

This resort is not only complete with its own splendid house reef, but is also very inexpensive and extremely well run. Even without taking into account the fact that the staff visit Manado by boat on the mainland once a week to do the shopping, the food is remarkably varied. Special diets are graciously catered for and nothing seems too much trouble. The four of us enjoyed our beachfront bungalows, despite the fact that these two cottages do not have a/c. You can snorkel off the beach, go out with a dive boat, or charter your own boat for a very modest fee. The reef directly in front of the resort is as good as we saw on our various boat trips with the added beauty that you can swim straight out to it. Other nearby options to stay seemed very quiet or almost closed up; it’s no surprise that 3WILL is busier than elsewhere.

The food and staff were excellent. A meal inclusive accommodation has to cater to a variety of tastes and 3Will does an amazing job of providing good quality meals that are tasty and interesting to everyone. Diving and snorkeling were amazing. The best part was the staff. Everyone was friendly, trustworthy and accommodating. Though there were no safes in the room, I felt comfortable leaving valuables in my room. Staff even put on several music evenings that were amazing. I explored several other accommodations and found no other I liked near as much as 3Will. It also attracts great guests. Everyone I met who was staying here were positive and friendly.

I loved everything. The staff was incredibly attentive for the service and they took so good care of us. Food, views, diving and couple of cold ones was everything that we needed. Mustafa, thank you for taking those amazing underwater pictures for us, it made our diving experiences even better. Milos, I could listen to your stories for days, as I did. He amazed me with his knowledge and what ever you needed he would just shrug his shoulders and say 'okey, we can do that'. Also I wanna thank the dive masters, Elly, Jo and Ronal funny guys with the knowledge and skills to find interesting stuff under the surface. Awesome stay in Bunaken!

Me and my friend had a wonderful time in 3Will resort! We stayed for 4 days, diving and snorkeling. The reef is gorgeous, with abundance of fish, coral, and more turtles we’ve ever seen. The bungalows are comfortable, the property is very pretty and relaxing, and the food is some of the best we had in Indonesia! To make the experience even better, the owners and everyone who works at 3Will are super friendly, helpful, and have a great energy! We didn’t even want to leave and hope to be back again soon!

Great location along a clean beach. Spent 3 nights with the family. Easy access to the reef in front of the Hotel for snorkeling. My two daughters are already looking forward to our next stay. All staff were very helpful. Not only related to the Resort, but also with advice and help to explore the Island (renting motor bikes for instance). Being able to communicate in English with all staff (not only management) is a big plus. The International mix of guests from around the world and very open and informal atmosphere contributed to a very relaxing stay. Definitely going back with the family for another stay!
