No air con and broken plumbing on the sink. It has fan but my baby couldn't sleep with the loud sound so we end up turn it off and instead open the bathroom door so the wind breeze through. Luckily no mosquitos :) The free breakfast is so so (nasi goreng) but it's better then not or offer with high price.
