The Kahwa Residence where the style and convenience are combined. In the heart of the city, our totally renewed, comfortable apartments are offered for our kind guests all year. Our apartments are for 2-4 guests excellent opportunity for couples, young people, families and good group of friends. The all apartments have got separate rooms, well-equipped kitchens and own bathrooms. Here our guests not only spend their free time in the comfortable, relaxing atmosphere but also they desire for walking or having a spa to find easily their own heart activities. Because of our apartments are in downtown almost every sightseeing, entertainment places and some spas are within walking distance. The Kahwa Cafe is operating immediate neighborhood of the apartments, it is waiting for the guests of the apartments within opening hours. It is worth popping into having breakfast, dinner perhaps for a cup of coffee, a glass spritzer or come to that just for a kind word or direction.

I deal with catering trade almost for 15 years and let apartments for 5 years. I had a lot of experience from the school and in practise as well. The tourism and catering is not only a career for me but also my hobby. I like travelling also alone and all with my family. If I go anywhere in the world, I always tend to keep my eyes peeled in order to practise those. Opening Kahwa Residence I had a dream come truth. Besides Kahwa cafe where you can have delicious food and drinks, I am waiting comfortable and stylish apartments for my guests.

Our apartments are situated in Belgrád rakpart which is frequently visited by the tourists between Szabadság and Erzsébet bridge in Pest side. It is easy to approach them by number 3 and 4 metro and number by 2 tram. Parking facility is outside the apartment but it is not free. (just at the weekend) We offer the Recreation Center called “Bálna” because it has got an underground garage especially for those guests who come by car for more days. Next to Szabadság bridge it is found a very big, famous market hall called “Vásárcsarnok” and next to it there is a bank automats and a pharmacy as well. In Belgrád rakpart from Erzsébet bridge to “Ferenciek tere” there are a lot of cuisines of nations. The “Váci utca” the biggest walking street is 2 streets away. Within visual range and walking distance there is Gellért spa and Rudas spa next to the Gellért Hills on Buda side. But nobody has to go far away if you can hire a bicycle or go out somewhere. By walking Váci street the 5th discrict entertainment centre is behind the Bazilika where there are some entertainment places and 2 clubs. At the bridges there are Hop On Hop Off stops, we are selling tickets for the river cruise.
