As a result of the renovation completed in 2023, three apartments with separate entrances, but connecting are available to our guests. The original residence house is accessibe from Hosszú utca, and the apartmans with garden view can be approached from a side street, all with separate parking facilities and terraces with seating. The house for 6 people has two bedrooms with double beds, two separate bathrooms and a living room with a sofa bed for two people, as well as a fully equipped kitchen-dining room. The terrace is directly at the entrance in the shade of the huge linden tree. The specialty of the big atrium apartman for 6 people is the living room with an original ceiling of 6 meters height, this is where the kitchen counter and a dining table van be found as well as two sofas, one of which can be used as an extra bed for 2 people. The fire place in the middle of the room ensures the cozy atmosphere and warmth on winter evenings. The two double bedrooms upstairs have a nice view overthe nearby hills. Our one-bedroom romantic apartment with garden view, which comes with a separate kitchen and bathroom, provides a real hideaway for couples, but it can also be connected to the Barn in order to accommodate a larger family or group of friends. In the garden there are swing bed, a hammock and deckchairs, as well as a fire place.

When we found this house in Pécsely in the Balaton Uplands, we already knew that we were not only renovating it for ourselves, but that we also wanted others to find joy in the large garden, the comfortable, well-equipped apartments, the view or simply the village tranquility. The surrounding hillsides covered with vineyards, forests and meadows encourage cycling and hiking, the proximity of Lake Balaton invites you to swim and sunbathe, and the rich selection of nearby restaurants and local wineries guarantees relaxation at the end of the day.

Pécsely is located in the Pécsely basin surrounded by vineyards, 8 km from Lake Balaton, 8 km from Tihany and 10 km from Balatonfüred. The guest house is located next to a square at a quiet end of the village, in a listed area along the blue tourist signs leading to Zádor Castle. The sunny courtyard facing due south, the terrace hidden under the shade of a huge lime tree, the coolness of rooms due to the thick stone walls, as well as the interior finished in a vintage style all serve the comfort of our guests.
