I liked having a kitchen so I could cook some meals. The location is super convenient in regards to getting to the train station from which I could take a train to Budapest which costs hardly anything at all. It was also nice to have a parking spot behind the building, although street parking was also readily available. But that is probably only the case in the winter when there is nearly no tourism around the lake.
