Beautiful sea view! Good location fairly close to the Old Town (15-30 min depending on where you’re going). Be aware on your way out of old town it’s uphill — a taxi back would be pretty quick but we didn’t mind walking. Rocky “beach” about 250 steps down from the apartment and Banje Beach about 10 minutes down the hill. Good cooking facilities and you can eat out on the shared balcony (our room had a nice window with raised sitting as another option). Free parking was a huge plus — unsure why others have found an issue with it. The reviews mentioning it being across a “busy” road are referring to a single lane, one-way street which has a crosswalk.

Conveniently located a 15-minute walk away from the medieval Old Town of Dubrovnik, Villa Odak offers views of the Adriatic Sea and is only a 10-minute walk away from the Banje Beach. Free Wi-Fi is available in the entire Villa. Odak is set in a quiet, residential area and offers accommodations with wooden furnishings and hardwood floors. All studios and apartments are air conditioned and provide a TV, a fully equipped kitchen and a seating area. They are serviced on a daily basis. Guests can make use of the terrace and the garden, which includes barbecue facilities. Free parking is available for all guests. The pebbly Belvedere Beach is a 15-minute walk from the Villa. A rocky shore can be reached within 5 minutes. A local bus stop is right in front of Villa Odak. Dubrovnik Airport is a 30 minute drive away. An airport pick-up service can be booked at a surcharge.
