It consists of two comfortable apartments (a one-bedroom apartment on the ground floor and an apartment with two bedrooms on the 1st floor). Peace, quiet, and irresistible nature have delighted every guest so far. With 920 square meters of closed private garden with a shared pool, each guest has their own private area, a terrace with access to a beautiful shared pool (10 x 4.7 m), and a barbecue with a garden terrace. In the garden, you can relax and sunbathe next to a more than 1000-year-old olive tree (one of the oldest olive trees in Istria). Villa Mare is located only 7 kilometers (7 minutes drive) from the beautiful beaches of Rovinj. Private parking for guests is provided in the yard of the house.
