It has 45 m 2. It has one large bedroom, living room with dining area, kitchen and bathroom and nice balcony for relax. Apartment is new, sunny and bright, nicely decorated - feels cozy and really nice to come back to in the evening, where you can relax after an exciting days of sight seeing. The bedroom is equipped with a large double bed (this bed can be separated in two single beds) and additional single bed, therefore suitable for 3 persons. In bedroom there is large closet for clothes. Additional 1 person can be accommodated in the living room on the stretching sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with stove, fridge, boiling pot, toaster and small freezer and all other necessary cooking utensils. Kitchen is small but practical and fully equipped. The bathroom is with bath tub and toilette. There are also a hair dryer. At the balcony there is a small table and chairs, ideal place for relaxing, having a drink, morning coffee. PARKING Behind the building there is a big parking lot where usually you can find free parking place like many locals do every day.

- Poljud stadium is 2min away - just few steps away is nice bakery - 200 meter away is LIDL supermarket - Green market just across the street - Nearby are facilities such as restaurant, Spinut harbor (Redimare,Stari mornar), musical entertainment club Hemingway Bar Split, various sports facilities (tennis courts, jogging trails, bike paths). Also, the shop and drugstore are next to the apartment - laundry is few minutes away Everything is walking distance 5minutes (palace, Riva promenade, restaurants, beach, bars, Marjan park) If you wish to visit some other parts of split there is bus station 100 meters from apartment.
