The house has three apartments for rent; 2 Studio apartments which are located on the top floor and most suitable for couples or small family with one child. The apartment which is located on the ground floor can accomodate up to 5 people. The house is located in a very quiet and small neighborhood surrounded by woods, and just a 5 minute drive to the sea. The most amazing thing in the summer are the nights, when you sit on the balcony, looking up in the sky full of stars, with a gorgeous view on Malinska or Rijeka and in the background the sound of the crickets. Just so relaxing. My family lives at the property at the first floor. Whenever you will need help or have an inquiry, you can get in touch anytime of the day or night. There is also a garden and a huge BBQ where you can grill delicious meals. If you need some assistance, we are always there to get you the best experience. The apartments are full equipped for your stays short or long stays. have fully equipped kitchens and bathrooms. Parking is always provided at the property, free of charge.
