Our holiday house is located in a quiet part of Preko, the main town of beautiful green island of Ugljan. The house has 2 bright and spacious apartments, both overlooking the Adriatic Sea, ideal for relaxed holiday. The house is surrounded by a little Mediterranean garden, and has a parking available right next to the apartments. The house is located at the little hill, about 5-minute walk (755 ft) to the seaside front, with different kinds of small beaches nearby (sand beach “Jaz” 1640 ft, pebble beaches in neighouring village Poljana 1312 ft). A big supermarket is only 2297 ft away. The center of Preko town, with café bars, grocery shops and restaurants is 0.9 mi away from the property, and the ferry port for the mainland is 1.6 mi away.
