The farm was quiet and charming, with lots of families there. The food at the restaurant was excellent and the provided breakfast was generous. Staff were friendly and helpful and most spoke English. The room was clean and airy, with lots of windows, and the shower was very nice.

Located in Megali Panagia on the 10th km to Ierissos, in Halkidiki, Platanorema is a beautiful farm stay set in a space of 35,000 m2 and land-marked by a natural aquatic pathway with a native plane-tree forest. It offers a large sun terrace with BBQ and a Farm with both domesticated and wild animals. The stone-built apartments provide a TV, air conditioning and balcony with views. A fully equipped kitchenette with fridge and kettle is included. There is also a seating with fireplace. Featuring a shower, the bathrooms come with a hairdryer and free toiletries.
