We loved it here. The owner was very welcoming and helpful. She gave good recommendations and helped rent a car. The apartment was very nice, in a good location, only 5 minutes drive from Gerakas beach, but still quiet area. We enjoyed the garden as well. I definitely recommend it!

The studio we stayed was perfect and exceeded our expectations. It was clean, comfortable, spacious, well decorated and cared for. The rooms were spacious with a kitchen equipped with everything you need, it really felt like being at our own home. The location was also excellent. We had two nice quite beaches nearby with a good amount of nice restaurants to choose. Nadia and her husband are lovely, very kind and friendly. She gave us a lot of tips of places to go and restaurants to eat, overall beyond friendly and hospitable. We loved our stay at Physis Studios and hope to go back soon!

The location was convenient for us as we enjoy walking. Supermarket, bakery and restaurants all within walking distance, others may prefer to have a car. The garden was very nice to relax in. Considering it’s on the main road down to Porta Roma beach traffic was not an issue at the time we stayed - beginning of September. We would stay there again if visiting zakynthos.

Thank you for everything! Physis Studios exceeded our expectations. Great p/q ratio, nice surroundings and very welcoming hosts. That's an ideal place for someone not looking for typical mass tourism on the island. Also, we strongly recommend the Ristorante italiano e pizzeria Da Camillo which is located within the walking distance from Physis Studios.

This is very comfortable, quite and relaxing place for spending your holiday. Property is rustique, it has large and very beautiful garden where you can enjoy your time. Accommodation is spacious, comfortable and regularly cleaned and it gives very good value for money. Famous Gerakas beach is in about 20 min walking distance from the apartment. Roma beach and Nikos tavern (with small beach) are in about 10 min walking from the apartment. Anyway, we would highly recommend that you take car or bike to enjoy all the island can offer, properly. There is also small shop with basic groceries in 1 min walking from the apartment. Hosts are very kind and helpful. We would highly recommend staying in Physis studios. Everything! The apartment was set in beautifully kept gardens and we enjoyed catering for ourselves in the spacious and spotless apartment most nights and enjoying the outdoor dining space. Nadia was a wonderful host, very attentive, knowledgable and generous. The area was perfect for us, we did not have a car, but Porto Roma beach is a couple of minutes walk down the road with two fantastic eateries or you have Gerakas beach, a further walk away but still easily accessible. There was a small supermarket next door that had all the basics, and fresh fruit/veg and bread every day. This shut for the season halfway through our second week but there are a couple of supermarkets up on the main road or a mini market at Gerakas beach, all within walking distance so this didn’t affect us.
