The destination was crowded with tourists even in September...
The destination was crowded with tourists even in September , although it was better than in high season. The main beach by the promenade was full. I liked Elephant beach better, it is at the end of Pefkohori. it is clean, mostly visited by young people. I recommend the beaches south of Pefkohori. There is also a nice orthodox monastery near Pefkohori , open for visitors daily. It is the only one on the peninsula of Kassandra. Nearby to the south are the therapeutic baths of Agia Paraskievi, they help with eczema and other skin diseases. Pefkohori itself is quite crowded, noisy in summer. There are big problems with parking. There are frequent traffic accidents associated with this, as cars park on the road on both sides and it is difficult to get around them. Be very careful when driving. From the restaurants I recommend to visit Bakkalis restaurant ( on the promenade near the sea ) As the only one is open all year round, offers Greek specialties, fish dishes. In the centre there are many restaurants, bars, markets. There are 2 supermarkets. Some bars and restaurants are open even till 2 o'clock at night. Most of the clients are Serbs, Bulgarians, Macedonians , Romanians and Ukrainians.MichalSlovakia - 10Scored 10

The hotel is located beachfront. It is nice and quiet. The beach is clean and you have free sun beds and umbrellas. The room is big enough for a family and we also had a porch with benches and a table. Children had a lot of space to play. The breakfast is almost the same every day. But it has everything you need for breakfast. The pool is also very nice. There is also a childrens pool, which was warmer than the big one. The restaurant is very good and they cook delicious. There is a supermarket nearby and a lot of other restaurants.

Very nice beautiful village in Chalkidiki. Excellent beaches nearby and restaurants and bars in the village to visit. Maybe during July and August is a bit too crowded, but in my September visit it was excellent. Not too crowded and not devoid of any tourists :)

The beaches, and crystal clear waters. My favourite places were: Orthodox Church of St. Nicholas in Xina. We ate Gyros, Pizza and Fish. The locals were also my favourite, specifically Bora Bora restaurant, they had sporting events live on TV (Football, Tennis, Volleyball) every night.

The thing I liked the most is that you can dip your head in the water and see small fish and sea urchins (with swimming goggles of course), it's like stepping into an aquarium. Also , something I personally appreciate is the tranquility, being able to hear the waves, instead of the loud music from the bars (as it happens in many other places) and the many free beaches, as they all should be. Pefkochori itself is a very nice place to visit, even if you go there off-season.

The villa is like new, very fresh, had everything we need and more. The bedrooms and spaces are super comfortable and generally our stay was amazing. The management staff of Halkidikibnb were all super nice, they welcomed us greatly and gave us great local tips! They were always super quick to respond and we can't thank them enough. We will come back for sure, we 1000% recommend to everyone!

The jacuzzi on the balcony was the cherry on top, it had adjustable temperature and it was perfect for a relaxing bath overlooking the sea. The lady welcoming us was lovely & polite ! Great staff !

This is perfect place for people who don't like to stay in the rooms on the beaches, but still close enough to be there in several minutes. Absolutely can't find any real objections.
