Super contemporary and cosy villa. Perfectly equipped and comfortably organized inside as well as outside. Huge space for living 4-5 families/couples, three floors, >300 sq.m We have arrived very late but Mariaeleni (host) was so kind to wait us until 23:30, adding a nice welcoming meal. This was nice and unusual at the same time)) A shower, a toilet in each room which is really convenient! Gym, beautiful pool, big kitchen and dinner table with everything you need and even more)

The founder - Manousos, whose mother was one of the initiators of the Holiday Villas institution in Crete, is a Tourism Management graduate who has been involved in the vacation rental industry for 20 years. Having worked in his family business, Villas Lefkothea, and at Pepi Boutique Hotel as a Front Office Supervisor for many years, he recently began adding more villas/apartments to his portfolio. His main concern is to enable the owners make the most of their property and the clients have a well-rounded accommodation experience. Rentado has the full management of all the rental accommodation it represents, knowing the area they are located very well so it can serve as your during your stay. Rentado incorporates only selected accommodation on its platform which have previously been evaluated as to the high quality of accommodation and services they provide. We are constantly looking for ways to evolve, for travelers and owners, providing the best possible experience to everyone.

Casa Prasoul is an exclusive, recently renovated Villa with the ability of hosting up to 8 people, located in the heart of the Cretan traditional village Prassies, Rethymno. As its name describes,it is a residence full of "Soul". It makes you feel that from the very first step you make in the Villa. The construction of all the 3 floors is based on Wabi-Sabi philosophy with many contemporary elements. Although the Villa is surrounded by other houses,privacy and safety are guaranteed to the fullest. As you enter the Villa, the first thing you see is a huge window with a spectacular mountain view, which makes you feel like you are outside, when in fact you enjoy the cocooning of the place.

Neighborhood info

The location of Prases is ideal since the distance from Rethymno's city centre is 15', from the market, the beach and the nearest restaurants is approximately 7' to 10' by car. At the same time, it is a picturesque settlement built at an altitude of about 330 meters,which maintains the Venetian architecture, merged with the green natural landscape that surrounds the village. As you exit the village, there is a road that descents to a green valley near a river offering at the same time an excellent view of the peaks of mountain Psiloritis. In this place are recorded historical findings from the end of the 16th century of the Venetian Era as well as signs of the late Minoan settlement In Prasses, with a population of about 100 permanent residents, is the famous Prasano gorge with a great variety of green fauna in the south of the village, giving nature lovers a magical route between impressive rocks. Museums, Monasteries, Divings services, oil and wine tasting, theatrical place and concerts in August, Jeep and Quad bikes excursions... Many different experiences are offered by this side of Crete. Some closer, others a little further but all exquisite and unique.
