Amazing location. Anna was an amazing, friendly, engaging, extremely accommodating, and effervescent host. BTW Anna speaks a perfect english. The Kalados studio is isolated, which for us increased its appeal. The rooms were sunny, modern and clean. The food well prepared. The facilities were well maintained, cozy and are continuously updated with a personal touch. Eating, drinking or conversing on the veranda under the shade of the ficus trees overlooking a quiet bay dotted with sailing boats was both calming and quite romantic. A perfect holiday is an understatement.

Company info

We created a place where families could reunite and relax. We chose Kalados because we loved the landscape and the simplicity of the place. To our opinion, it is one of the last truly unspoilt places on our island. We believe in good, old fashioned Greek hospitality and this is what you can expect from us should you chose to stay with us. Many people find Kalados too far away from, well, everything else in Naxos; but this is exactly what we offer. Peace and tranquility away from it all! In order to get to Kalados Studios you can get a taxi from the port or airport or you can ask us to arrange your transport to Kalados. It is also very easy to rent a car and enjoy the landscape during the ride at your own pace. I stay in Kalados with my family during the whole summer so I will always be there for you. I speak Greek and English .

Kalados Studios is not for people who crave to see and be seen. It’s for people who need to escape the ‘song and dance’ of the popular and crowded parts of Naxos. People who need a calm place 2 min on foot from a quiet beach to relax, swim and bask in the sun. We don’t offer luxury but everything is kept simple and clean.

Neighborhood info

Kalados Bay is situated on the southern part of Naxos. It is one of the few natural, leeward bays of Naxos. A wonderful beach surrounded by the sea on one side and a small lake on the other side. A magical landscape, with crystal clear water. From the beach you can clearly see the islands of Heraklia and Skinousa. If you are travelling by boat between Heraklia and Naxos, you will definitely feel the need to drop the anchor in Kalados Bay. There are not any shops, super markets or bars here. Only two taverns, the studios and the beautiful unspoilt beaches of Kalados! There is the main beach of Kalados where the port is situated on the one side and the studios on the other side but there are also three smaller beaches on the right of our property that are amazing too!
