We really had a great time here. The studio was very comfortable and lovely. Plus the air conditioner was very helpful for the heat temperature of summer. Exactly how it looks in the photos. Stuff who attended us were very friendly. About the location, once you manage to deal with the buses, you get to the city center very quick. It worths so much!

Homz, one of the first and most specialized all inclusive home rental agency in Greece, is active since 2007. After many years of experience in long-term rentals, as well as in renovating and decorating interiors, Homz introduced the concept of renting fully furnished and equipped residences, a choice that combines the comforts of a superior hotel with the flexibility and financial advantages provided by a private residence. Since then, Homz has expanded rapidly. Today, we handle over 20 choice apartments & studios in the very heart of Athens, as well as hand-picked houses on the beautiful Greek islands. We are constantly adding to this list to provide our clients with a wide variety of choices.

A purpose built studio apartment building with 4 floors. The first & third floors have 4 small studios each, while the second has 2 small studios and a one-bedroom large flat, all renovated in style. An independent private entrance on the side of the building, leads to an elevated larger studio, 7 steps above the ground, sleeping 3. Last, 2 beautiful spacious penthouse studios with large verandas, also sleeping 3, are located on the fourth, top floor of the building.

Neighborhood info

A typical Athenian residential neighborhood, where everything can be found within a few minutes’ range from the property: Super market is at 2 min walk, on the same street, as well as 2 small traditional Greek tavernas. Many trendy cafes, bars and cozy little Greek "meze" places are located all around the area. At 5 min walking distance, οn Kallidromiou street, guests can visit the weekly Saturday street food market (laiki), one of the best in Athens, selling fresh fruit & vegetables, as well as a variety of local food products, sold directly from the producers and farmers. In the summer, there are 2 open-air cinemas in the neighborhood at 2-3 min walking distance.
