The property was beautiful inside and out. Rooms were very efficiently laid out with plenty of storage, and small fridge too. Our bed was super comfortable and the rooms were clean and housekeeping came in daily. Breakfast was very tasty and well stocked. All rooms have a nice patio or balcony . The pool was wonderful and very refreshing, with a poolside bar for cocktails and snacks. The location was a short walk into town where we had so many choices of restaurants to choose from!

My sister and I loved Perissa. We spent our first day on a 12-hour tour of the island and got a great overview of Santorini. We spent a day in Fira and decided that we made the right decision for us to stay in Perissa. It is more lowkey than some of the other villages you can stay at on Santorini, but it was perfect for us.

It is a typical town for blissful relaxation, where there isn't much to explore, apart from climbing the mountain to see the ancient city Fira ruins or admiring the Kamari and airport views. The main purpose of people coming here is to lounge on the beach.

Perissa served as a wonderful station for our trip to Santorini. I was far more interested in the history of the island and seeing everything Santorini had to offer. If you are looking for a beach vacation with anything you might need within walking distance, then Perissa would be perfect for your stay. However, Perssia also proved to be a great station to start and end each day.

Perissa is my favourite place to stay on Santorini.
Perissa is my favourite place to stay on Santorini. There are plenty of great restaurants, mini markets, a large supermarket, two 24-hour bakeries and a fantastic beach with sunbeds, many of the free if you buy a drink or food. Getting around is easy, most places are within walking distance of the beach and there is a small tourist train that runs along the beach from Perissa to Vlychada via Perivolos Beach. You can get on, or off wherever you like. The local buses to Fira are reasonably frequent and handy to see other parts of the island if you don't have a car or quad bike. For dinner, I'd recommend the Acropolis, Apollon and Noma Restaurants.
My husband and I stayed here 8 years ago and enjoyed it so much my sisters and I stayed here for 3 nights. This is the cutest boutique hotel with paintings on the whitewashed walls of Santorini by the pool area. The rooms were very clean, the breakfast by the pool very nice! Very short walk to the Perissa Black sand beach and shops/restaurants, also very short walk to bus stop where you can take a direct bus to Fira. Location was excellent!
John and his cohort gave excellent customer service! Quiet, peaceful area to stay.

lovely space; helpful friend manager. Initially we found it a bit of a walk into town, until we found the short cuts…and due to being away from the sea front there was very little traffic noise. We are uncertain about being good value for money…one gets what one pays for, but Santorini prices are ridiculously too high so we would be unlikely to return to the island. We had moved from another cheaper property in Perissa and we’re glad for the move. A special thanks to Sophia
Breakfast was varied and rich every day. You had a choice of savoury or sweet, and you were always served with orange juice and an optional tea/coffee/milk. The accommodation is in a perfect location in Perissa, close to the beach, restaurants, bus stop and there is a small shop 2 houses away. And I would highlight the "boss", Irene. She was extremely kind and helpful with everything. If we were to come to Santorini on holiday again I would definitely stay in Santa Barbara.
We stayed one week at Sandy hotel and it was fantastic holiday! The hotel is new and the rooms are clean and perfect! The Hotel is great for visiting all the island, it is closed to Perissa beach, which is one of the best beaches of Santorini. The swimming pool with the sunbeds and the bar is amazing! The owner, Sandy, was so nice and she suggested all the beautiful places to visit! We really enjoyed our being at sandy hotel! The best place to relax and recharge!!!
The hosts were so lovely! This is probably the best place i’ve ever stayed!! It felt very authentic to where we were and was so clean and comfortable. I would go back in a heart beat! Also while staying in the main cities are cool here is smaller and more local! There are also beach’s that are five minutes walks where you can actually go in the water, other places are on cliffs so the water is not completely accessible. By far the best place to stay in Santorini
Beautiful, clean hotel with a great view of the church. The owners are so nice and great hosts. they take the time to welcome the guests with refreshments and are available to help you with anything. The owner even drove me to Akrotiri when I had very little time so I couldn’t take the bus both ways. They let me store a bag of things I bought for when I returned to Santorini 6 days later. it really makes a huge difference to have such nice hosts.
Located beach front at Perissa Beach. Close to several good restaurants and night entertainment options. The hotel staff was proactive, called when I landed in Santorini to check if I needed any help to find its location. Staff very friendly and efficient. Amenities offered are of very good quality, good quality towels, bed sheets, and a nice Nespresso selection available in the accommodation.
Great location at the beach away from the busy part of Santorini but it was still super easy to get to all those must-see places. Everyone was super friendly and helpful, especially Anastasia who gave great recommendations and helped us make our time in Santorini unforgettable. The place was clean, new and comfortable, everything you could want in an apartment.
We had a wonderful time at Villa Dima. Dimitri and Ioulia were fantastic team - welcoming, helpful and responsive and keen to make our holiday work smoothly. Would thoroughly recommend the villa and this area of Santorini. The views - especially at sunrise - were amazing. Lots of beaches close by and it's very easy to get all the popular spots.
Hotel Perissa is an old-school hotel in the middle of Santorini. The family that runs it was kind and went above and beyond the call of duty. The rooms were large, and the pool was amazing. It clearly catered not to the super-rich, like most of Santorini, but to ordinary people from around the world who wanted a relaxing vacation.
Has the santorini feel , looks the part but very very basic on the inside however I only stayed for one night as already had booked somewhere and arrived late , so very thankful that a late check in was available when the hotel was shut, haven’t stayed there long enough to use anything else or see anything else 👍
Excellent location for enjoying a quiet trip at Santorini and coming back well rested. There are several restaurants and bars around the beach, which is right across the street from the hotel. It's not close to Santorini's city center but getting there by bus was easy and pretty quick.
great location, very close to the (in my opinion) best beach in santorini - Perissa, very kind and friendly staff, nice rooms, wonderful pool area and clean rooms, good breakfast, I would highly recommend this hotel if you looking for quiet and cosy place to stay
very nice place, beautiful room (color lights in the room) and big balcony, 3 min walking from the beach and a lot of bars and restaurants, supermarket next to the hotel open almost always, kind receptionist who explained us everything about Santorini!!
Nice hotel apartments, has its own swimming pool which is a nice touch. Very comfortable beds, good air conditioning. A generously sized apartment. Quiet and peaceful. Santorini is small so location is never an issue in my opinion.
Dimitri's place was a clean and comfortable for the one night stay in Santorini. It is located in the center of the happenings and in walking distance to all restaurants in the area.
The hotel is super close to Perissa beach which is beautiful and the bus stop is 2 minutes away.
Also, the breakfast was really delicious and the staff was nice.
The place is clean, friendly and well located. Considering the prices on the santorini island this place is super accessible for backpackers and travellers.
