A unique property for travelers looking to get off the beaten path. The restaurant was superb- it tasted home cooked, was local specialties, and some of the best meals we had in Greece. The owners truly take the time to make sure guests are taken care of and the whole place was simply so peaceful.

Beautiful hotel up in the hills above Rethymno. Surrounded by olive tree orchards with a view of the sea. The majority of the food served is sourced from their farm - it was the most delicious food I had in Greece. I would definitely eat dinner here most days if you can. The village is very small and quiet. It's a perfect getaway if you want to avoid the touristy beach towns

All food was delicious, from the varied and plentiful breakfast to the wonderful dinners. Organic vegetables from their own farm and all food locally sourced and sustainable. The owners have strived to create somewhere exceptional to stay. Attention to detail is remarkable, from hand crafted bathrooms from local potters to very comfortable bedrooms. The buildings sit handsomely in the stunning landscape, and the pool area is one of the loveliest we have seen.

Beautiful property, the great balcony with view to the olive orchids and the sea. Great breeze. The food is so fresh and tasty. Directly from the garden. Vasilas and Maria are nice hospitals. We love the location in the mountain very close to Margarites.

Excellent location, excellent rooms/apartments, fantastic pool area. Home grown food was perfect and very friendly staff and management. Owner welcomed us at 04.00 in the morning to check us in after our flight was delayed. Highly recommended!

Dalabelos Estate ist ein ganz besonderer Ort. Eine Oase zum Auftanken und Seele baumeln lassen. Maria und Vassilis verwöhnen ihre Gäste mit herrlichem Essen von der Farm, es kommt auf den Tisch was die Gärten und die Jahreszeit hergibt und das von Maria köstlich zubereitet. Das Essen ist wirklich ein außerordentlicher Genuss! Auf Wunsch führt Vassilis die Gäste über die Farm und zeigt seine Gärten und die Anbaumethoden (Permakultur) Die Musikabende mit Vassilis sind ebenfalls etwas ganz besonderes. Er singt spielt auf traditionellen kritischen Instrumenten. Der Pool ist ein Traum mit Blick bis zum Meer! Die Apartments sind super ausgestattet, sehr sauber und werden jeden Tag gereinigt. Waschbecken und Duschwanne sind aus wunderschöner kretischer Keramik Wir hatten eine wundervolle Woche auf Dalabelos und freuen uns schon auf das nächste Mal

Tout etait parfait. L’accueil par les propriétaires Maria et Vassili tres chaleureux. L’ endroit est magnifique, en pleine nature, entouré d’oliviers, figuiers et autres arbres fruitiers ainsi que le potager d’où viennent tous les légumes bios servis au restaurant. La vue sur la mer et les montagnes est sublime. Il y a Deux tres belles piscines dont une tres grande avec une vue splendide. Le restaurant est tenu par Maria qui prépare des plats délicieux. Le service est au top. Et le tout dans un calme très reposant. Tres belles chambres, propres et bien agencées.
