Lovely group of apartments building right above the main road, with absolutely gorgeous sea views. All is new and well taken care of. The host was kind and accommodated (no problem with arriving a bit earlier and leaving a bit later). Because of the coming storm he gave us extra water and coffee. Bus stop right by the place, so if you travel by public transport is very convenient. It was raining during our stay, so we enjoyed being confortable indoors, enjoying the view.

Staff were lovely and so helpful when wanting to book boat trips, taxis, quad hire etc. Our room got upgraded on check in which was great. The views were amazing, breakfast had many different options and always tasted fresh. Room was cleaned and fresh towels and bedding provided daily.

Depending where you stay it can be a hard walk either to or from the beach up a steep hill. Beautiful beach well worth the walk . Good supermarket and bakery. A few lovely taverna/ restaurants. The hosts were extremely helpful. Air con was not working so we were upgraded. Would love to stay again. Everything superb! One restaurant on the beach had closed but hopefully reopen when we return. Boat across to Skiathos town such a lovely experience. My sister’s first experience of skiathos and she fell in love with it!

Skiathos island is beautiful.
Skiathos island is beautiful. We were there for 4 days, need 7 minimum to enjoy the beaches. Koukounaries beach was ideal for our family of 7. 5 kids between the ages of 4-15 enjoyed the beach. The water is no higher than your hips, after a distance, it goes in deep. There are also water sports on the beach, ideal for those who want adventure too. Would definitely love to return to Skiathos.

Special thanks to Yanis and Dimitri - your kindness made our stay very special and made us feel home! Great view from the hotel, nice pools, great pool bar and restaurant. The food (and coffee) served is one of the best we had on the island. And it is very well located/connected with a direct access to a nice beach, a taxi boat to drive you to the port of Skiathos and buses (bus stop 9) to bring you to all beaches of the island.

We felt we had the hotel experience (regular cleaning) with the Airbnb charm (local tips, privacy). We stayed 5 nights and wished we had longer. Kim is really helpful and gave us lots of great suggestions. We loved Skiathos and Villa Kim was a great place to base ourselves during our stay. Would definitely recommend to others and we hope to return!

But what is the best here is the restautant/bar. Tasty and wide selection of fresh food, good atmosphere and perfect view. And what is more than perfect is the service here - kind host and lovable boys at bar/restaurant. Bus stop n. 9 is right down the hill. Our room was very clean and the bed comfortable with fresh sheets every 3rd day. Well equipped kitchen and good Fridge. Plenty of hot water. Free parking . Just a 5 minute stroll to the cosy Achladies beach and 2 mins to a supermarket. Bus stop no.10 very close by too. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a lovely stay Theo.

The room was spotless, comfortable and cleaned every day with fresh towels provided. There was a Blue Flag beach a two minute walk from our room with a boat taxi into town, which is well worth doing as it's only 50 cents more than than the bus! Maniatis was just perfect- thank you, we will come back.

The beach is very close, you can walk down a quite steep route and you’re there. There are two markets nearby where you can buy goods and breakfast. The bus stop number 9 is around 1 minute from the hotel. Overall really good stay!! The view from the balcony was absolutely amazing :)
