The pool is amazing, really deep and large; perfect for escaping from the heat. The breakfast is very good; there are many options and delicious homemade biscuits too. The location is perfect as it is overlooking Plakias but far enough from the crowds. The staff is overall good and attentive. They gave us very good tips on local restaurants and beaches.

The property is peaceful, with beautiful landscape. The view of the palm forest from the balcony was perfect for relaxing in the morning and after a day spent at the beach. The washroom was clean and excellent warm water pressure.
From the property, you walk down a palm-lined dirt road to the main road, where you can access the gorgeous Damnoni beach. There are taverns and a market close by too. From the beach, you can take a boat to Preveli, but Damnoni is much less busy and peaceful.
Sitting and having coffee in the morning or raki in evening with the caretaker is a MUST. Hearing her stories and learning about the area was so much fun.
It is a no-frills, easy going place. The architecture is beautiful, and crafted by the owner.
If you’re looking for a 5 star, modern resort, don’t come here. But if you’re looking for peace, tranquility, and Greek magic, this is the place for you.

We loved everything about this property! It was so unbelievably clean and they came every single day to take the trash out, make the bed, and do a general tidy of the room. it was quiet, they washed our load for 5€ and then provided drying racks on our nice balconies so we could dry it in the sun), and since Plakias was really windy during our visit, it was nice to be able to lay on the lawn chairs by their pool (a bit protected from the wind). We were allowed to pick lemons and loquats from the trees on the property and those were yummy. Whenever I had a question the staff was so willing to help - they were great! I had even made a mistake and booked us for the day AFTER we actually drove into Plakias, but they readied our rooms early with no problem and they were so nice about it. We would 100% stay here again!

It was the perfect setting for us being by the sea and with a fabulous view. The start and end of every day was facilitated by a bouganvilia-covered balcony and a good view of the sunset. Whats not to like?
