Ripponden is a very special place to me, my Dad grew up here...
Ripponden is a very special place to me, my Dad grew up here, some years ago. Now we no longer have Dad it's great to come 'home' for a bit and visit this most beautiful spot. I stayed in Ripponden for a wedding, just right for the stag...
I stayed in Ripponden for a wedding, just right for the stag. A convenience co-op for shopping. I didn't venture around too much but it looks a quirky little village with plenty of nice walks to go on.

Lovely breakfast in a gorgeous dining room, with another friendly host serving us. Super comfy bed too.
