There was a beer delivery at 7 am, there was a warning on reception but I don’t remember anything on the booking site. It lasted about an air, not only was it body is also caused the room to vibrate!

Although we used the self check in system, which was very easy and well laid out, we did see staff on numerous occasions and they were always very pleasant and friendly. We booked the tower suite, which was lovely, clean, tidy and well equipped, also pleasantly surprised that tea and coffee, water and lots of small extras provided and refreshed daily, a very nice touch. would certainly use again and would have no hesitation in recommending.
