Tony met us at the door and greeted us by name, he was smiling and happy and helpful the whole two days / nights we were there. The room was spotless, everything you could need was there. Bed was comfy, quite firm but we slept really well. Ideal location, absolutely central, we were visiting family nearby so ideal for us. The decor is gorgeous, I absolutely love all the gilding and attention to detail. And the breakfast, well, I had pancakes with fruit and yoghurt and maple syrup one day, and a veggie cheese mushroom and egg muffin the next. All perfectly cooked, other half had full cooked breakfast, couldn't fault any of it.
