The location of this apartment is amazing!!! You are literally right next to the Castle and have fantastic city views. Being right off the Royal Mile and High Street shopping makes this the perfect place for a weekend or week in Edinburgh. The house is spacious and part of the Ramsay Gardens complex which is listed on the top 100 things to see in Edinburgh because of its unique location and design from the late 1800's. The hosts were very responsive and the check-in / check-out was super easy. We particularly enjoyed the nightly local music scene at the Ensign Ewer pub which was a 3 minute walk from the flat. Breakfasts at the hidden cafe or the nearby Little Inn Cafe (very small but fast service counter style food) were perfect for our family of 6 on the go. I highly recommend this place to anyone traveling with a medium to large size group.
