A beautiful Victorian house surrounded by woods. Very spacious rooms. On the ground floor, a large kitchen and living room and a games room with a pool table! (need to use coins). The host is welcoming and very helpful. Like living in an old movie. A short distance away is the town of Barmouth where there are restaurants and a place to buy food products

The house is amazing, the rooms are all spacious and clean. The gardens and views are beautiful. Mike and Gretta are lovely hosts and catered for our every need including decorating the room for us as a surprise 40th. Even got to meet Molly the Labrador who is beautiful and friendly. Didn't get chance to go on the walk from the property around the estuary but it looked like a lovely walk. Absolutely pitch black and so peaceful on the night time. Would definitely look at booking again in the future and would highly recommend. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Beautiful, spacious house and grounds, accommodation is over three floors. Private but owners on hand and so welcoming and helpful. Wonderful views and direct access to a good walk if you have a dog.

Great location, nice and quiet. Perfect for either walking or driving to the coast. Having the games room was good for night time entertainment. Owners very friendly and helpful.

Excellent communication from the hosts and a warm welcome. Faciliities were excellent - very well equipped kitchen with everything we needed to cook a full, proper meal. Very comfy sofas and beds made it easy to feel at home. Lovely bathroom facilites. Just wish we had had more time to make more use of the games room - we needed an extra night for a pool and darts tournament!
