Self check-in process was easy, the location was great, it was very clean, and they gave us a complementary room upgrade. No complaints, I would stay here again!

The facilities are beautiful! We loved staying here and enjoyed every moment. The Christmas decorations added to the magical setting. The breakfast was so delicious as well.

Such a clean well presented village. A little quiet, however with the car and travelling around the days were soon filled.
Good access, and a wide tree lined high street which has good accessibility

The site is situated in an area where there are many places of interest within easy reach. The village itself has several nice pubs which serve good food at reasonable prices. The lodges are self catering and there is a good balcony to sit on during the warmer months.

The things that were good were excellent.
The things that were good were excellent. The things that were bad were dreadful. Mistakes which should never be made in this type of establishment. The building is great. The hotel and restaurant it houses could be so much better.

Broadway was a lovely little village, one of the larger ones. We reached a little late in the evening so the shops were closed except for a super market and a pub. It was nice to walk around and admire the place in the quite summer evening without the crowds we saw the next day. High street is a good place to walk on and admire the stone buildings. Do visit the tower for good views.
The hotel was in the very middle of Broadway and was easily accessible from the village. The room was a ground floor room with a large bed and two chairs (which is very unusual as only one is generally available) The breakfast was excellent with a large range of items to choose from. Parking, although in the centre of the village, was provided free of charge very close by. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
The location was excellent, a short walk into Broadway and near the steam railway. Property was a lot larger than expected, very comfortable, and spotlessly clean. We also enjoyed the decor. A big thank you to Bella for quickly sorting the door problem.
Character Hotel in the centre of Broadway. Well appointed room, very comfortable.
Friendly helpful staff.
Excellent breakfast in the very gorgeous Tattersall Restaurant.
Bar area with log fire. Thoroughly enjoyed our visit.
This was our second visit, The Broadway is a great hotel in Broadway. Street facing bar and tables is lovely for people watching on a summer evening. Breakfast is great and the interior design is charming and super clean.
The location is great, right in the centre of Broadway, and the room itself was very nice - clean and comfortable. We were also able to check in early as we had a wedding to get to, which was very much appreciated.
Lion Cottage was perfect for our three day trip to the Cotswolds- nice restaurants nearby, cute shops, and the cottage itself was beautiful- cosy, comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed.
Literally 30 seconds to the beautiful Broadway high street - location couldn’t be better! Loved the Swan and Lygon Arm pubs, and loads of great walks nearby. Cosy apartment, with well equipped kitchen.
Wonderful! A secret treasure of a hotel on the doorstep of Broadway. the location couldn’t be better and at Christmas the hotel was magical with all the decorations up.
The breakfast was excellent. The location next to the bus stop was perfect. Katey was friendly and was very helpful when we lost our camera. Broadway is beautiful!
Breakfast was excellent as was the customer service. Location is fantastic.
Worth a trip to the hook bar at fish Hotel and the broadway tower.
Had a great time.
The chalet was in a very good condition, clean, warm, fully equipped. The surrounding area was quiet and nice. It is close to the town of Broadway (3 minute drive).
Lovely grand hotel, impressive grounds and views.
Great room, 4 poster bed, great shower.
Delicious food, great full English!
Near many Cotswold attractions.
The location was excellent - very near the Main Street in Broadway. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the bathrooms modern, clean and to a high standard
Everything was wondeful. The pictures don't do it justice. So comfortable, spacious, beautifully decorated, clean, great parking and location. Easy check-in.
