Incredible views across the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park can be enjoyed from Gwbert Hotel’s bistro.

Beautiful views over the water. Wonderful views from the room. Clean, comfortable and quiet room. You can walk to some really neat cliff walks and even get down to the shore by going through the cliff hotel next-door. Breakfast was delicious!

Flambards Hotel, hotel in Cardigan

Located in Cardigan, 25 miles from Oakwood Theme Park, Flambards Hotel provides accommodations with a garden, free private parking and a terrace.

Fabulous stay, the proprietors were warm and welcoming. Gave great tips of things to see in the area and a little further out. The pub was a haven after a busy day touring about. The restaurant was excellent and interesting to cook your own protein. There was a gas bar a block away and a fish & chip shop that was doing a very brisk business.

The Cliff Hotel & Spa, hotel in Cardigan

This renowned hotel features one of the most breathtaking views and marine locations in Wales, overlooking Cardigan Bay, the rugged coastline, the Teifi Estuary and the broad sweep of Poppit Sands.

Hotel is in a beautiful location, the most comfortable beds! A really fabulous night's sleep. Gorgeous walks down to the beach and around the caves. The spa was lovely and every member of staff around the hotel was super friendly, helpful, polite.... just really good people! A special shout out to Elaina on reception. We hadn't planned on staying at this hotel, we stumbled across it whilst camping and I'm so glad we did. I will definitely come back for a planned, longer visit in the Summer. My only criticism would be breakfast, while the hot selection is really good, the fruit and pastry's were poor quality and it showed, they were really un-appetising. But that is a minor, on the whole fabulous stay and will be back.

Troedyrhiw Holiday Cottages, hotel in Cardigan

Troedyrhiw Holiday Cottages offer 5 luxurious self-catering cottages, 4 miles from Cardigan in west Wales, as well as farmhouse bed and breakfast accommodations.

If you need a getaway from city life, this is it. 15 minutes from the property were 2 waterfalls (Tresaith & FFynone), well worth a visit when you are down. Upon arrival at the cottages, you drive down a long fairytale driveway with a beautiful stream, easy parking outside then opposite the cottages are brown fluffy sheep & a Shetland pony in the field, birds tweeting! Tranquil surroundings, but near enough to the coast & nearby towns. Our cottage was spotless & charming, had everything we needed. The owner Rob was really lovely. Wish we could have stayed longer to explore more. 🌳🌷🪺🪵🦋

Cardigan Castle disappointing, not much to see, may be of more interest to somebody wanting historical facts. To me a waste of time and money. Castle virtually non existent. Cardigan is a town that time has forgotten! For that it is pleasantly quaint. Nice cafes. Probably better on a fine day!

Quite a quaint town during the day but at night it does come alive especially the pubs. A really lovely range of shops and food places. A visit to the castle is a must. The best places are often the ones reccomended by locals. 2 days just wasn't enough for me, as just a little further out was glorious bays, beaches and mountains but more spectacular was the waterfalls

Beautiful area to stay despite the mixed weather.

Beautiful area to stay despite the mixed weather. Went for a few walks on the coastal pathways which had breathtaking views. Cardigan was 10 minutes away by car. Enjoyed a lovely lunch at Crwst. This is a must for anyone visiting the area. Great pasta lunch at Berlotti's. A fairly good variety of shops in Cardigan. We also visited Theatre Mwldan during our stay to watch the latest Poirot film.

Not a great deal in the town and much is shut early in the week including restaurants and bars but there are some gems. The Copper Pot serves excellent food and the welcome at the Black Lion Hotel could not be warmer.

Beautiful accommodation in a lovely home and rooms just outside of Cardigan. Wonderful fresh cut up fruit is served with your breakfast. Hostess was lovely and very accommodating. We needed an earlier breakfast in order to catch the Poppit Rocket bus to hike a stretch of the Pembrokeshire Coast Path. The approximate mile long road approaching the lodging is a typical narrow country lane (with turnouts) that can be a little nerve wracking for those not accustomed to narrow roads. This establishment is well worth the drive down to it.

Everything was great, nice hotel and pleasant staff. Our room was nice and cozy, clean and enough space for the two of us. We had view of the car park, but we didn't upgrade to a sea view so we got what we paid for. Breakfast was included which was very tasty and many options to chose from. Location of the property was lovely, with a beautiful seaside walk just across the road.

Superb location, close to so many towns, villages and beaches. Had a lovely stay. The Cottage is on the site of the beautiful Penrallt Country House Hotel in Aberporth which is a lovely setting. Short drive to Cardigan, which is what we wanted; places to eat... PizzaTipi, The Copper Pot, El Salsa, Stiwdio 3 Cafe for breakfast. Try 'A Bay to Remember' for boat trips

The location is superb for town, yet was very quiet, even in the garden. The garden is lovely and has adequate privacy (great for yoga!). The cottage is very comfortable, relaxing and tastefully furnished. There was thorough information about the house, appliances, services and local area provided by the host in 2 well stocked files. Would definitely rebook.

Good location central to the Town and a good base to visit the area. Car park accessed via gated entrance was narrow so care needed. Accommodation was within Castle grounds in annexe to main building. Room was large with en-suite just as large, overlooking Castle garden. Breakfast in Castle cafe, friendly staff with views to river or castle grounds.

Hotel was in a great location, a short walk from Cardigan high street. We are happy to walk quite a while, so not only did we take a walk to Mnwt Beach )a couple of hours) we also walked to a restaurant in St Dogmaels (took about 40 mins). It was easy to get everywhere from the guest house. host was very friendly as well.

Due to covid restrictions it is very difficult to give a reasonable opinion of the hotel. We missed the evening meal and it is a VERY quiet little village. Breakfast was fine as were the rooms. I've no reason not to go again when circumstances are better.
