Villa Siffert is a private property, held by a Swiss owner. It provides plenty of habitable surface on 2 floors. The heart of the house is the bright living room with its cosy bar and direct access to the garden. There are 2 bathrooms: one with bath/shower/WC and one with shower/WC. The fantastic palm and flower garden with its outdoor pool is held with a lot of care. A real beauty to spend your holidays ! There are sunbeds and an outdoor shower / toilet near the pool. In the garden you will find 2 separate tables, which is really practical, especially then, when children or parents want to be on their own. You will also find a barbecue grill, a table tennis, a bowling and 6 bikes to use for free. A washing-machine and a laundry-dryer are at your disposal in a separate room. In front of the house, there is free parking for up to 3 cars. To the beach and to the village you can walk in about 15 minutes.

In the Cap d’Agde, young and old will find a fun activity, whatever your tastes: Aqualand, Iles des Loisirs, Agd’Aventure, Dinoland, etc. ! The resort is also bursting with energy for sports-lovers: Golf, Tennis, Skate-park…It is also very easy to discover the environment by bicycle, as the area is fairly flat. In the center town there are many restaurants where you can enjoy live-music and karaoke in the early evening.
