Reception is open from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 16:00 to 19:00, close on Sunday.

For all guests arriving outside of the reception opening hours, please contact the residence to inform them of your expected time of arrival. Contact details can be found on your booking confirmation.

Bed linen is included but not kitchen linen. For a change of bed linen, a EUR 10 per person per change applies.

Upon request and subject to availability, hairdryers are available.

When booking from 7 rooms or more than 15 people, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Until 45 days before check-in, the cancellation is free of charge. From 44 to 15 days before check-in, the guests will be refunded 50% of the total amount of the reservation. From 14 days before check-in, the cancellation becomes nonrefundable. A prepayment of 50% will be asked when the reservation is confirmed.

The gym, the Hammam, the sauna, Jacuzzi, and the swimming pool are closed from Wed 08th Nov 2023 until Thur 28th Mar 2024.

Quiet hours are between 22:00:00 and 07:00:00.

A damage deposit of € 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
