This is my special place. My Pied a Terre. It is in the quieter residential area of Cannes while only being a short walk along LA Croisette to the Palais de Festival and the bustling town itself. I mainly rent for business as there are many Congres every year including the famous Cannes Film Festival and the Boat show. There is fibre so the WIFI is very good. It is a great location. It is at the top of a point so there are 4 beaches to choose from with the furthest being only 10 mins walk away! (Gasagnaire Plage, Bijou Plage, Palm Beach and La Croisette).La Croisette which is only 4 mins walk away. All are Sandy. Although you can't see the sea from my studio you have the advantage of being close to supermarkets, a bakery and restaurants and also the bus route to town or along the coast to the airport and Nice. I think my studio is very comfortable with the advantage of a Kingsize bed with a proper mattress, pillows and bedding. It has a separate large sofa with coffee table and a dining area. The kitchen is well equipped and the bathroom is perfect. My Meet & Greet will meet you at my studio to hand over keys and show you around. There are large gardens on the inside of the building with ponds with fish and turtles! My husband and I spend time sitting on the deck chairs on the balcony relaxing with a coffee or glass of wine before going into town for dinner - perfect.

This is our pied de terre! It is situated at the opposite end of La Croisette from the town in the quieter residential area. You can never be never bored! there is always something new to see or do. Our guests are mainly business people who come for the Congres in Cannes every year though we have opened it up for a few weeks in the summer when we are not there so people can enjoy the life and many beaches close to us.

This is a residential part of Cannes so it is much quieter than the Town although it is only a 20 minute walk along La Croisette and the lively town itself. The location is very good for food shops, with a bakery of course and restaurants. The building was build in 1950 so it is well built and solid. There are also rules about noise levels etc and everyone is respectful of this. We are opposite a beautiful church and house so not overlooked. We have been coming to Cannes for 40 years and still love it!
