This is an experience! The rooms are small but well appointed and the ambiance is amazing. We did their buffet breakfast in the morning and it was lovely.

The neighborhood is beautifiul and close to the "tourist district" -- although the village of Beaugency has such a lovely gentle feel that it didn't feel touristy. The garden area on the property where we could sit and enjoy the flowers and the view was so charming and beautiful. The hosts spoke enough English that we were completely fine without speaking French. Very accommodating. We traveled with bikes which they stored for us in a locked room. It was quiet and serene.

fantastic location in a beautiful village
great value and a warm welcome
Château de Colliers is located on the banks of the River Loire. This 18th century Chateau has a large garden and terrace. Each guest room is elegantly furnished and has a private bathroom.

Above the door is an inscription engraved in the cartouche in Basque: “ Laketouric ontzanogo ” (“I like it here because I feel good”). Exactly how our family felt. Really warm welcome in a unique place
The location is like a fairytale and the combination with a very good restaurant, eating in the yard, gave us a superb and unexpected magical last night of our holiday during our trip home. Very good breakfast! Hotel room in itself is adequate but not special.
