The proprietor, Georges, was very kind and knowledgeable. La Charmeraie is, without question, one of the best bed and breakfasts I've ever stayed in. And I've travelled all over the world. The setting, the artworks, the wonderful hospitality and breakfast, the panoramic views from the terrace; everything was superb.

This beautifully curated property was so simple and modern while also bringing forward history and the original charm of the space. All of the furnishings, the huge tub, the huge windows- it was a dream! What a wonderful place to stay, friendly owner, amazing breakfast and plenty of outdoor areas (pool, seating areas)- it was the cute charming place I needed while exploring. Marine was the sweetest and she made me a reservation at a restaurant nearby and was so helpful!
