Hello everyone, visitors to our BOOKING page. We are in a small village with a church of the XIII century and a manor house which has just been renovated. There is no shop because it's a small town & floral village. Otherwise a quarter of an hour from our house, there is a Center Park surrounding a large lake. There is also the well-named "green road" which is surrounded by tree, with a few ponds and Vauclair Abbey. For the war story interested there will ==> The Chemin des Dames, The Cave of the Dragons (museum) military cemeteries ... and many other places !!! .A 8 km from Presles et Thierny, is our beautiful cathedral which can be visited only if accompanied both single (es) of a person explaining the history of the Cathedral and its ramparts that surround the plateau Laon (old town) of either side. The ramparts, the evening falls, the lights come on and now appears that what we call here the Crowned Mountain. The monuments are as beautiful by day or night. Good visit
