concierge organized everything for me - from nights at the orchestra, cooking classes to Michelin star restaurants !! Everyone at the hotel behaved like a wonderful family to me (which was fantastic as I was travelling solo) !

Biggest pluses were location and staff. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious, but a little inconvenient to access, up a short flight of narrow stairs from the elevator. A bonus was the hotel breakfast: in a lovely room off the lobby, higher quality and reasonable priced.

Staff, staff, staff. Sasha and Mark were excellent "hosts". We had trouble with our rental car and they were very helpful in connecting us with resources to resolve the problem. They were busy but took their time to help us and we were very grateful.
