We had the family room which was very nicely appointed. The bathroom is small, but that's typical of Europe. The room itself was a good size. Breakfast with Alexandra was lovely and quite good. The stairway could be difficult to navigate for some, but again, that's typical of a small European bed and breakfast, so I was not surprised. I prefer to stay in quaint European places then a large hotel chain. To me, this place was perfect.

Set in a renovated house from the 18th century, this B&B is located in Honfleur. It features free Wi-Fi access and you can watch DVDs for free. Accessible via a steep staircase and with a parquet floor, all the rooms at La Maison de Honfleur are decorated in an elegant style with oak furniture and have a queen-sized bed, flat-screen TV, DVD player and tea and coffee making facilities. Each room also includes a private bathroom with a bath and free toiletries. Breakfast are served in the guest rooms. Every morning, outside your door, you will find a basket with French pastries and fresh bread. The fridge is provided with fruit juice, water, butter, organic yogurt, cheese, milk and homemade jam. The room also includes an electric kettle and different types of tea, and a coffee machine. There are many shops near the B&B.
